Innovation Clusters are small networks of CEOs and CHROs across the world, collaborating to solve challenges around our seven Innovation Themes.
The work of our Innovation Clusters will be developed through a co-design process with leading organisations and research partners.
They will bring thought leadership, research and experiments to life in a meaningful and tangible way. The co-design process will identify a challenge that the cluster will address both collectively and through work in their own organisations.
By bringing 100% Human at Work members together to participate in this work, we believe we can build a better future of work for humanity.

The world is currently undergoing a ‘skills revolution’.
As the world of work rapidly changes, new technology and artificial intelligence is creating new opportunities and new challenges. The level and speed of change means that workers will need to continuously adapt and reskill in what has been described as the ‘skills revolution’.
Business leaders will need to play a critical role in addressing this change and equipping current and future generations for the changing world of work.
